Notes: Any suit number on the border line can go with either a smaller or
larger size. The larger will be more roomy and the smaller will be more fitted.
Sleeves get longer with every size larger (ex. s-46": sleeves are 2"
shorter than s-48", therefore a size 32-33 should get the 46" even if
he is 5'9" so that the sleeves will be the right length).
